Join us for a traditional walk around the West Des Moines Pond located next to the West Des Moines Public Library. The walk will begin promptly at 9 a.m., so feel free to arrive early. The walk should last no longer than an hour and will be outside.

Join us for a current walk at Valley View Aquatic Center. This is a walk around the lazy river at Valley View Aquatic Center. The cost to attend is $5 and is open to those 18+ (pool rules). Please wear water appropriate clothing and don’t forget your sunscreen!
